Nordens välfärdscenter söker en verksamhetsledare till Stockholmskontoret – ett uppdrag för dig som vill arbeta i en internationell miljö och bidra till en kunskapsbaserad utveckling på välfärdsområdet i de nordiska länderna.

Nordens välfärdscenter är en institution inom Nordiska ministerrådet med kontor i Stockholm och Helsingfors. Vår uppgift är att vara en plattform för nordiskt samarbete på välfärdsområdet och bidra till ländernas nationella utvecklingsarbete genom att utveckla, samla och förmedla kunskap.

Som verksamhetsledare har du chefsansvar för de sju seniora rådgivarna på Stockholmskontoret och ingår i institutionens ledningsgrupp. Du kommer att tillsammans med medarbetarna att bedriva projekt och utveckla verksamheten med syfte att bidra till bättre beslut om välfärd i de nordiska länderna. För närvarande bedrivs vid Stockholmskontoret verksamhet på områdena funktionshinder, barn och unga, äldre, välfärdsteknik och beredskap i välfärden.

Vi söker dig som har

  • relevant akademisk examen,
  • dokumenterad erfarenhet som chef, ledare eller samordnare,
  • förmåga att styra och följa upp verksamheten mot fastställda mål samt kan leda medarbetare mot goda resultat,
  • erfarenhet av analys, utredning eller utvecklingsarbete inom offentlig sektor, internationella organisationer, forskning eller annan relevant verksamhet,
  • kunskap och erfarenhet av välfärdspolitiska frågor,
  • god förmåga att bygga relationer och nätverk mellan myndigheter, forskningsmiljöer, civilsamhälle och andra relevanta aktörer,
  • mycket god förmåga att kommunicera muntligt och skriftligt på något av de skandinaviska språken samt på engelska.

Det är meriterande om du har

  • erfarenhet från en politiskt styrd kunskapsbaserad organisation,
  • erfarenhet från nordiskt samarbete eller annat internationellt samarbete,
  • erfarenhet av internationella policyjämförelser inom socialpolitik, funktionshinder, arbetsmarknad eller annat relevant område,
  • forskarutbildning.

Tjänsten är baserad i Stockholm med möjlighet ytterligare till distansarbete i den mån som verksamheten tillåter. Inom det nordiska samarbetet anställs du på ett fyraårigt nordiskt kontrakt, med möjlighet till förlängning med fyra år. Statsanställda i de nordiska länderna har rätt till tjänstledighet för att arbeta vid Nordens välfärdscenter.

Lönespannet för tjänsten som verksamhetsledare är ca 70-80 000 SEK/månad. Medarbetare som rekryteras från ett annat land har rätt till utlandstillägg samt ersättning för kostnader i samband med flytt och etablering i Stockholm.
