Vill du arbeta brett med HR i en internationell organisation och samtidigt vara nära både verksamheten och människorna i den? Viking Assistance Group söker nu en HR Business Partner till verksamheten i Fuengirola.

Vi söker dig som har en bred HR-bakgrund och trivs i en verksamhetsnära roll där du får arbeta med hela HR-området – från rekrytering och onboarding till stöd för chefer och medarbetare samt utveckling av HR-processer.

Rollen är placerad på vårt kontor i Fuengirola, och vi ser gärna att du redan är bosatt i Spanien.

Om rollen

Som HR Business Partner blir du en viktig HR-resurs för vår verksamhet i Fuengirola. Du arbetar nära organisationen och bidrar med stöd inom såväl den dagliga HR-verksamheten som i utvecklingen av våra arbetssätt och processer.

Rollen är bred och passar dig som uppskattar kombinationen av operativt HR-arbete, rekrytering och verksamhetsnära stöd.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innefatta:

• Rekrytering och stöd genom hela rekryteringsprocessen

• Onboarding och offboarding av medarbetare

• Löpande HR-stöd till chefer och medarbetare

• Stöd i löneprocessen och administration kopplad till anställningar, frånvaro, ersättningar och andra HR-relaterade underlag

• Stöd till chefer i svåra medarbetarsamtal, uppföljningar och personalärenden

• Rådgivning till chefer vid situationer där medarbetare inte följer rutiner, inte sköter sina arbetsuppgifter eller där andra arbetsrättsliga frågor behöver hanteras

• Arbete med employer branding och medarbetarupplevelse

• Kompetens- och medarbetarutveckling

• Bidra till utveckling och effektivisering av HR-processer och rutiner

• Övriga HR-relaterade frågor utifrån verksamhetens behov

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av HR och rekrytering och som vill ta ett brett ansvar i en verksamhetsnära HR-roll.

Du är trygg i kontakten med både chefer och medarbetare och har förmågan att självständigt driva ditt arbete framåt. Eftersom vardagen inom HR kan förändras snabbt tror vi också att du är flexibel, lösningsorienterad och bekväm med att växla mellan olika typer av frågor.

Du har integritet, gott omdöme och känner dig bekväm med att ge stöd i både vardagliga HR-frågor och mer känsliga personalärenden.

Vi ser gärna att du:

• Har erfarenhet av brett HR-arbete, inklusive rekrytering

• Har relevant utbildning inom HR, personalvetenskap eller motsvarande

• Har erfarenhet av eller god förståelse för löneprocesser och HR-administration

• Har erfarenhet av att stötta chefer i medarbetarärenden, svåra samtal och uppföljningar

• Talar något av de skandinaviska språken samt engelska

• Är självgående, strukturerad och förtroendeingivande

• Trivs i en internationell och verksamhetsnära miljö

Erfarenhet från en internationell organisation och tidigare erfarenhet av HR-arbete i Spanien är meriterande.

Placering

Tjänsten är placerad på Viking Assistance Groups kontor i Fuengirola, Spanien, och rollen förutsätter lokal närvaro.

Vi ser därför särskilt positivt på kandidater som redan är bosatta i Spanien.
