The posting

Vi söker en driven och engagerad kundmottagare/servicerådgivare för möjligheter hos en etablerad aktör inom fordonsbranschen i Stockholms innerstad.

Här får du en central roll i den dagliga verksamheten och blir länken mellan kunden och verkstaden. Du arbetar nära både kunder, tekniker och övriga kollegor för att säkerställa ett professionellt kundbemötande och ett effektivt flöde genom hela verkstadsprocessen.

Rollen

Som kundmottagare/servicerådgivare ansvarar du för kundens resa från första kontakt och bokning till färdig bil och återlämning.

I det dagliga arbetet kommer du bland annat att:

  • ta emot och hjälpa kunder på plats och via telefon
  • boka och planera service- och reparationsarbeten
  • upprätta arbetsorder och kostnadsförslag
  • planera och koordinera arbetet tillsammans med verkstaden
  • följa upp pågående arbeten och hålla kunden informerad
  • presentera och förklara rekommenderade åtgärder
  • arbeta aktivt med service, kundnöjdhet och merförsäljning
  • säkerställa ett effektivt flöde från bokning till leverans

Du får en varierad arbetsdag med många kontaktytor och ett stort eget ansvar.

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen, gärna från en liknande roll som kundmottagare, servicerådgivare, servicesäljare eller arbetsledare inom verkstad.

Du har ett naturligt sätt att skapa förtroende hos kunder och förstår vikten av både hög servicenivå och ett väl fungerande kommersiellt verkstadsflöde.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • erfarenhet av kundkontakt och service
  • erfarenhet från bilverkstad, bilhandel eller annan fordonsrelaterad verksamhet
  • god administrativ förmåga och datorvana
  • ett strukturerat och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt
  • god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska
  • B-körkort

Du gillar när det händer mycket och har förmågan att prioritera samtidigt som kunden alltid får ett professionellt bemötande. Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter, samarbetar bra med andra och ser lösningar där andra ser problem.

Framför allt tycker du om kombinationen av människor, service och bilar.
