Norevie, bailleur social implanté dans le Douaisis, recrute un Responsable de Proximité (H/F) en CDI.

Vos principales missions :

Contribuer à l’entretien courant du patrimoine :

  • Assurer la surveillance technique des installations.
  • Veiller au maintien de la sécurité des logements : réalisation des visites de sécurité, identification et traitement des anomalies.

Participer à la maintenance et à la gestion du patrimoine :

  • Suivre et contrôler la réalisation des travaux.
  • Gérer les réclamations techniques des clients et garantir une réponse adaptée.

Contribuer à la gestion locative et commerciale :

  • Accueillir, renseigner et orienter les clients.
  • Réaliser les visites de courtoisie et participer à la gestion sociale des résidences.

Réaliser les états des lieux :

  • Effectuer les états des lieux entrants.
  • Veiller au respect du règlement intérieur et à son application.

Accueillir les nouveaux locataires :

  • Présenter le fonctionnement de la résidence.
  • Faciliter leur intégration et répondre aux premières questions.

Assurer des permanences hebdomadaires :

  • Tenir des permanences dans les sites dont vous avez la responsabilité afin de garantir une présence de proximité.
  • Contribuer à la qualité de vie collective et à la bonne entente entre les résidents.

Contrôler les prestations de nettoyage :

  • Vérifier la qualité des services réalisés.
  • Garantir le maintien d’un cadre de vie propre et agréable.

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

  • Vous êtes idéalement titulaire d'un BTS professions immobilières ou équivalent
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d’au moins 3 années sur un poste similaire
  • Vous disposez de connaissances techniques du bâtiment
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre adaptabilité et votre esprit d'initiative
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Pack Office)
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe

La connaissance des logiciels IKOS et ELIPSO serait un plus.
