Norevie, bailleur social implanté dans le Douaisis, recrute un Responsable du Service Gros Entretien (H/F) en CDI.

Vos principales missions

1. Piloter et manager au quotidien l’équipe du service Gros Entretien

· Travailler en transversalité avec la Direction du Patrimoine pour optimiser et fiabiliser le budget N+1

· Superviser la bonne organisation, le suivi des travaux commandés et la tenue budgétaire

· Assurer la coordination avec les équipes internes

2. Mettre en œuvre et piloter le plan de travaux de gros entretien, dans le cadre de la maintenance préventive et curative

· Réaliser les consultations nécessaires dans le cadre du plan de travaux annuel et constituer les dossiers présentés en CEI

· Garantir l'organisation, le suivi et la tenue budgétaire des chantiers

· Contrôler les opérations et ajuster leur pilotage jusqu'au parfait achèvement, y compris les levées de réserves

· Informer les locataires, les associations et les intervenants internes et externes sur la planification des travaux, et participer aux commissions internes relatives aux produits

· Piloter la vérification de l'état technique du patrimoine et transmettre les informations au service Valorisation du Patrimoine pour optimiser le budget

3. Assurer le suivi des sinistres dommages-ouvrages

· Piloter la gestion et le suivi des sinistres et réclamations dommages-ouvrages, dans le respect de la procédure, jusqu'à la clôture des dossiers techniques

· Faire le lien entre le service Gros Entretien, les équipes de proximité et le service en charge de la relation avec notre Assurance

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

· Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine du bâtiment, du génie civil, de la maintenance du patrimoine immobilier ou du droit de la construction et/ou vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 7 ans sur un poste similaire.

· Vous savez collecter, hiérarchiser et synthétiser l'information, avec organisation et rigueur.

· Vous faites preuve de persévérance, de pugnacité et d'adaptabilité, et disposez de solides capacités de communication et d'argumentation.

· Vous êtes à l'aise dans la gestion d'une multitude d'interlocuteurs, avec un vrai esprit d'équipe et de la réactivité.
