Norevie, bailleur social implanté dans le Douaisis, recrute un Chargé d'accueil et de clientèle (H/F) dans le cadre d'un CDI.

Ce que vous allez faire :

Au sein d’une équipe de 10 personnes, vous aurez à mener une double mission à l’accueil et au sein de notre centre d’appels.

Vos principales missions :

Accueil du siège de Norevie :

  • Accueillir physiquement nos visiteurs et de les guider ;
  • Accueillir et d’apporter un premier niveau de renseignement à nos clients et aux demandeurs de logement ;

Centre de Relation Client :

  • Prendre et de traiter les réclamations téléphone, mail et courrier de nos clients
  • Veiller à l’enregistrement des dossiers de demandes de logements ;
  • Suivre administrativement des dossiers clients ;

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

De formation BAC +2 en Relation Client, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d’au moins 2 ans dans l’accueil physique en entreprise ainsi que dans l'accueil et/ou la gestion de réclamations omnicanales, idéalement dans le milieu du logement social.

Doté d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes reconnu pour votre écoute, votre réactivité et votre discrétion. Vous avez le sens du service client et appréciez le travail en équipe.
