Norevie, bailleur social implanté dans le Douaisis, recrute un Gardien d’immeubles (H/F) non logé en CDD de 3 mois.

Au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, vous contribuerez activement à favoriser le bien-vivre et l’accompagnement des locataires dans nos résidences.

Ce que vous allez faire :

Intégré au sein du service de proximité et sous l’autorité du gestionnaire de site, vous assurez au quotidien la gestion d'une résidence.

Vos principales missions :

  • Assurer la propreté des parties communes et des abords immédiats de votre périmètre ainsi que les sorties et entrées des containers poubelles selon les plannings des collectes ;
  • Assurer les permanences et les états des lieux entrants du périmètre ;
  • Participer à la maintenance et à la gestion du patrimoine : mission de surveillance, commande, suivi et contrôle des travaux et de leurs réalisations, gestion des réclamations ;
  • Contribuer à la gestion locative/commerciale : participer à l’accueil commercial, à la communication avec les locataires, veiller à l’application des clauses du contrat, participer en liaison avec le service commercial à la prise en charge des logements vacants ;
  • Prendre part au bien vivre ensemble: rappel des règles du contrat de bail.

Le poste est non logé.

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

  • Vous avez acquis une première expérience en tant qu’agent d’entretien et/ou régisseur d'immeubles en lien avec la gestion locative.
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques de nettoyage.
  • Vous avez une appétence pour l’univers technique du bâtiment.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre aisance relationnelle et votre sens du service client.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et êtes à l’aise avec la gestion des contrats et documents administratifs.
