Over de opdracht

Normec VRO voert inspecties uit voor het keurmerk Prestatieladder Socialer Ondernemen (PSO). Dit keurmerk, ontwikkeld door TNO, maakt inzichtelijk in hoeverre organisaties sociaal ondernemen en bijdragen aan arbeidsparticipatie van mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt.

Als freelance Auditor speel jij een belangrijke rol in het beoordelen van deze organisaties. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent onderdeel van een professioneel netwerk van auditors en inspecteurs.

Jouw werkzaamheden

  • Uitvoeren van PSO audits bij organisaties door heel Nederland
  • Voeren van gesprekken met klanten op verschillende niveaus
  • Toetsen van personeelsgegevens en sociale impact
  • Uitvragen van informatie via interviewtechnieken
  • Opstellen van heldere en onderbouwde rapportages
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor klanten
  • Terugkoppelen van bevindingen en resultaten

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Minimaal een afgeronde hbo opleiding of vergelijkbaar door opleiding of ervaring;
  • Gekwalificeerd auditor d.m.v. de opleiding Lead auditor NEN-EN-ISO 9001;
  • Gekwalificeerd auditor volgens de PSO-norm;
  • Ervaring met audits, inspecties of interviews
  • Affiniteit met sociaal ondernemerschap
  • Bekend met privacywetgeving en zorgvuldig omgaan met data
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een kritische blik
