Procura-se colaborador para atuar na Norsal visando atuar com proatividadepara para executar atividades manuais de apoio ao embarque, carregamento, descarregamento e movimentação interna de sal ensacado (sacaria e big bags) e demais materiais, seguindo estritamente as orientações da liderança e os procedimentos internos.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Executar o carregamento e o descarregamento manual de sal ensacado (sacaria, fardos, big bags) em caminhões, contêineres e demais veículos, conforme orientação do Encarregado e do Conferente.
  • Auxiliar na organização e no arrumo das cargas dentro dos veículos, garantindo estabilidade, acomodação correta e aproveitamento do espaço.
  • Apoiar o operador de empilhadeira na paletização, no posicionamento de pallets e na sinalização durante manobras nas áreas de carregamento.
  • Auxiliar na cobertura, amarração e lonamento das cargas quando necessário, respeitando os procedimentos de segurança.
  • Executar a movimentação manual de materiais, insumos, sacarias e pallets entre linhas de produção, armazéns e áreas de expedição, conforme demanda.
  • Auxiliar na organização física dos armazéns, mantendo corredores desobstruídos, pallets alinhados e sinalização visível.
  • Apoiar atividades de paletização, reempilhamento e reorganização de cargas, respeitando alturas máximas de empilhamento e critérios de estabilidade.
  • Manter o local de trabalho limpo, organizado e sinalizado, seguindo os princípios do 5S.
  • Conhecer e aplicar as Políticas da Norsal, com foco em Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, Qualidade e Segurança de Alimentos e Meio Ambiente.

REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS

  • Conhecimento em rotinas de expedição/embarque e fluxo produtivo. Noções de controles logísticos e conferência de movimentações.
  • Excel/planilhas em nível básico/intermediário.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e comunicação para interface entre áreas.
