Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Executar rotinas de cadastro e escrituração fiscal;
  • Conferir documentos fiscais, garantindo a consistência das informações;
  • Realizar a apuração de tributos retidos;
  • Controlar pendências fiscais e acompanhar sua regularização;
  • Auxiliar no cumprimento de obrigações acessórias, incluindo NFS-e e EFD-Reinf;
  • Assegurar a correta escrituração fiscal e a conformidade com a legislação vigente;
  • Prestar suporte à equipe nas demais rotinas e demandas do departamento Fiscal.
  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Ciências Contábeis
  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário de legislação fiscal e tributária;
  • Conhecimento em escrituração e conferência de documentos fiscais, principalmente NFS-e;
  • Noções de retenções tributárias, como IRRF, INSS, PIS, COFINS e CSLL;
  • Conhecimento das rotinas relacionadas à EFD-Reinf;
  • Noções sobre obrigações acessórias fiscais;
  • Excel intermediário/avançado;
  • Desejável experiência com ERP Protheus (TOTVS);
  • Desejável conhecimento sobre SPED e processos de escrituração fiscal eletrônica.
