The posting

Your mission

  • Betrieb und Überwachung der gesamten Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur inklusive Stromversorgung, Klimatisierung, Gebäudetechnik, Netzwerk, Sicherheitssystemen und Zutrittskontrollen
  • Durchführung und Koordination von präventiven und korrektiven Wartungsarbeiten sowie Unterstützung bei Störungen und technischen Massnahmen
  • Analyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem NOC und internen sowie externen Partnern
  • Durchführung von Kundeninstallationen, Erweiterungen von Kundenumgebungen und Remote-Hands Dienstleistungen
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Arbeiten an Infrastrukturkomponenten wie Racks, Verkabelungen, Kaltgangeinhausungen und Facility-Systemen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister sowie Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Ausführung
  • Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Anlageninformationen und Unterstützung bei Audits und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen zur Optimierung von Betrieb, Prozessen und Infrastruktur
  • Teilnahme an der Standort-Rufbereitschaft

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im elektrotechnischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit kritischen technischen Infrastrukturen, idealerweise im Rechenzentrum, Telekommunikations- oder Gebäudetechnik-Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Bereich wie Elektrotechnik, Klima-/Gebäudetechnik oder Netzwerktechnik
  • Freude an praktischer, technischer Arbeit und komplexen Infrastrukturen
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (z. B. Schaltberechtigung)
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
