ESCOLARIDADE:

  • Ensino superior em andamento ou completo na área de Recursos Humanos, Administração ou Psicologia.

INFORMÁTICA:

  • Pacote office básico/intermediário;
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de gestão de vagas;

REQUISITOS:

  • Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção, conduzindo processos seletivos de ponta a ponta;
  • Experiência com indicadores de RH;
  • Vivência com entrevistas por competências e avaliação comportamental de candidatos;
  • Experiência em alinhamento de perfil com gestores e condução de entrevistas técnicas e comportamentais;
  • Conhecimento em estratégias de atração de talentos e divulgação de vagas em diferentes plataformas;
  • Experiência com triagem de currículos, análise de perfis e elaboração de pareceres estruturados;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de recrutamento, plataformas de vagas ou ATS;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e atuação colaborativa com diferentes áreas;
  • Perfil analítico, com visão crítica para identificação e solução de problemas;
  • Proatividade, resiliência e flexibilidade diante de diferentes demandas;
  • Senso de urgência e organização na condução de processos simultâneos;
  • Interesse em aprendizado contínuo e desenvolvimento profissional.

ATIVIDADES A SEREM REALIZADAS:

  • Prestar assistência nos processos de aquisição e retenção de talentos;
  • Apoiar a condução dos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde a divulgação das vagas até o acompanhamento das etapas do processo seletivo;
  • Realizar triagem de currículos e agendamento de entrevistas, apoiando na organização e acompanhamento dos processos seletivos;
  • Dar suporte na integração de novos colaboradores, garantindo alinhamento com a cultura e diretrizes da empresa;
  • Prestar suporte aos colaboradores e gestores em demandas relacionadas à área de Recursos Humanos;
  • Contribuir com o planejamento e execução de ações voltadas à cultura organizacional e engajamento dos colaboradores;
  • Apoiar na definição e execução de estratégias de atração de candidatos, de acordo com o perfil das vagas;
  • Auxiliar na organização de informações e indicadores da área de RH, especialmente relacionados a processos seletivos;
  • Apoiar outras atividades e projetos da área de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, conforme necessidade.
