Supervisionar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais da clínica e do laboratório;

Acompanhar e orientar as equipes de recepção, atendimento e apoio administrativo;

Organizar escalas, horários, agendas e distribuição das atividades;

Acompanhar o fluxo de pacientes, consultas médicas e realização de exames;

Garantir a organização dos processos de atendimento e a qualidade dos serviços prestados;

Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, produtividade e satisfação dos pacientes;

Acompanhar o controle de materiais, insumos, estoque e solicitações de compras;

Realizar controles administrativos, elaborar relatórios e apresentar resultados à gerência;

Acompanhar despesas operacionais e apoiar o controle de custos da unidade;

Identificar falhas nos processos e propor melhorias;

Apoiar a integração e o alinhamento entre médicos, laboratório e equipe administrativa;

Acompanhar o cumprimento das normas internas e dos procedimentos aplicáveis aos serviços de saúde;

Resolver demandas administrativas e operacionais do dia a dia;

Reportar resultados, necessidades e ocorrências à gestão responsável.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Hospitalar, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com supervisão administrativa e liderança de equipes;

Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, controles e elaboração de relatórios;

Conhecimento básico em indicadores de desempenho e controle de custos;

Domínio de informática e facilidade com sistemas de gestão;

Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
