Avec plus de 60 filiales en Europe et dans le monde, NOVARC est un groupe industriel familial de premier plan dans de nombreux secteurs industriels porteurs tels que la sécurité électrique (Business Unit Safety); les consommables techniques et la chimie (BU Motion & Industry); les équipements pour les réseaux électriques, ferroviaires et les télécoms (BU Networks).

Dans le cadre d’un renfort temporaire au sein de l’équipe Finance du Groupe, nous recherchons un(e) Stagiaire Analyste Financier pour une durée de 6 mois.

Le poste pourra être basé au siège du Groupe à Malataverne (26780) ou dans nos locaux de Bron (69500) à proximité de Lyon.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière Groupe, vous intervenez sur des missions variées d’analyse financière, de reporting et de suivi de la performance.

Vos principales missions :

· Collaboration sur la mise en place d'outil / solutions financières et leur adoption au sein des filiales du groupe

· Analyse de sociétés cibles, concurrentes, clients et fournisseurs

· Réalisation de présentations mensuelles et annuelles du Groupe NOVARC à destination des membres du Directoire, des partenaires bancaires et des actionnaires

· Automatisation des reportings mensuels

· Divers travaux d'accompagnement de la direction financière comme la remise à plat et l’optimisation des frais bancaires

Profil recherché :

· Vous préparez une Licence 3 ou un Master en Finance, Économie-Gestion ou équivalent.

· Vous avez de bonnes bases en finance et analyse financière et maîtrisez Excel.

· Vous avez un niveau minimum B2 en anglais.

· Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour Votre rigueur et votre esprit d’analyse.

· Une première expérience en finance, contrôle de gestion, audit ou comptabilité serait un plus.

Date de début souhaitée : Janvier 2027.
