Ihre Aufgaben

Als Abteilungs- und Projektleiter übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für zwei produktionsnahe Abteilungen sowie anspruchsvolle Investitions- und Sonderprojekte. Sie führen Ihre Teams, steuern Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung und arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Einkauf und weiteren internen sowie externen Partnern zusammen.

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung von zwei produktionsnahen Abteilungen und deren Teamleitern
  • Leitung anspruchsvoller Investitions- und Infrastrukturprojekte von der technischen Bestandsaufnahme über Konzept, Beschaffung und Realisierung bis zur Abnahme
  • Verantwortung für Termin, Budget, Qualität und Risiken sowie regelmässiges Reporting an die Leitung Produktion und Projektbeteiligten
  • Erarbeitung von Projektplänen, Lastenheften, Spezifikationen, Investitionsanträgen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen sowie Durchführung von Nutzwertanalysen
  • Koordination aller internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen sowie Begleitung von Ausschreibungen, Beschaffungen, Maschinen- und Systemabnahmen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und Prozessen mit Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und Kosten
  • Initiierung und Förderung von Lean-, Qualitäts- und Verbesserungsmassnahmen zur nachhaltigen Senkung von Fehler-, Prozess- und Produktionskosten
  • Durchführung und Organisation von Schulungen, Wissenstransfer und Produktionsunterstützung sowie Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements bei Kundenaudits

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
  • Weiterbildung oder Studium in Projektmanagement, Prozesstechnik oder vergleichbarem Bereich (HF/FH)
  • Mehrjährige Praxis- und Führungserfahrung als Teamleiter und Projektleiter im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise in der spanabhebenden Produktion
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis gepaart mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Denken sowie hohem Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • ERP- & Office 365-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen, Messebesuchen sowie Maschinen- und Systemabnahmen und die Motivation, sich selbstständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
