Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenaufträgen von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung inkl. Erstellung von Exportpapiere
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im Rahmen der Zuständigkeit
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsvorgaben im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Key Account Management, Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik und weiteren Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Problemfällen und Reklamationen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst zwingend
  • Erfahrung im Export von Vorteil
  • Hohe Affinität zu Betriebssystemen sowie ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4 HANA von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
