Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Contas a Pagar para atuar nas rotinas financeiras e tributárias relacionadas ao processamento, conferência e programação de pagamentos da empresa e dos condomínios administrados, garantindo organização, controle e cumprimento dos prazos.

Principais atividades: · Recebimento, conferência e lançamento de notas fiscais, boletos, contas e demais documentos para pagamento; · Conferência de dados bancários, valores, vencimentos e documentos antes da programação dos pagamentos; · Programação e acompanhamento de pagamentos junto às instituições financeiras; · Controle de vencimentos e acompanhamento do fluxo de contas a pagar; · Conferência e acompanhamento das retenções tributárias incidentes sobre notas fiscais e serviços contratados; · Apuração e acompanhamento de tributos relacionados aos pagamentos, incluindo IRRF, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, ISS e demais retenções aplicáveis; · Conferência das informações necessárias para cumprimento das obrigações tributárias; · Apoio na preparação, conferência e envio das informações relacionadas à EFD-Reinf; · Acompanhamento dos prazos e das informações transmitidas na EFD-Reinf, identificando e tratando eventuais inconsistências ou pendências; · Conciliação e conferência dos pagamentos realizados; · Apoio nas rotinas administrativas; · Cumprimento dos prazos e procedimentos internos relacionados às contas a pagar e obrigações fiscais.

Perfil: Profissional organizado, responsável, atento aos detalhes e com facilidade para trabalhar com números, prazos e grande volume de informações. É importante possuir boa comunicação, capacidade de conferência, senso de urgência, proatividade e disciplina para acompanhamento das demandas.

Requisitos: Ensino médio completo. Experiência na área de Contas a Pagar ou em rotinas financeiras será um diferencial. Conhecimento em retenções tributárias, e obrigações acessórias será considerado um diferencial. Conhecimento ou experiência com EFD-Reinf será considerado um diferencial. Experiência em Administradora de Condomínios e conhecimento/utilização do sistema Ahreas serão considerados diferenciais importantes para a posição.

Salário compatível com o mercado.
