Estamos conduzindo a busca por um(a) Assistente de Contas a Pagar para atuar em uma holding multissetorial, que reúne empresas de diferentes segmentos, incluindo beleza, distribuição e outros mercados de alto impacto. A área financeira atende diferentes empresas do grupo e possui uma operação de grande volume, sendo uma oportunidade interessante para quem já tem experiência com rotinas financeiras e quer ampliar sua vivência em uma estrutura multiempresa.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Apoiar a rotina de Contas a Pagar de cinco empresas do grupo, atuando em um ambiente de alto volume transacional;
  • Realizar o recebimento, conferência e lançamento de notas fiscais, faturas e demais documentos financeiros no sistema;
  • Apoiar o processamento de aproximadamente 2 mil notas fiscais por mês, garantindo organização, acuracidade e cumprimento dos prazos;
  • Conferir informações fiscais e financeiras antes dos lançamentos, identificando divergências e direcionando ajustes quando necessário;
  • Apoiar a programação e o processamento dos pagamentos;
  • Acompanhar baixas, retornos e pendências relacionadas aos pagamentos realizados;
  • Apoiar as conciliações e controles da área, considerando uma estrutura com múltiplos bancos e aproximadamente 70 contas bancárias;
  • Manter documentos, comprovantes e informações financeiras organizados para suporte aos processos internos e à contabilidade;
  • Interagir com áreas internas para solucionar divergências relacionadas a notas fiscais, lançamentos e pagamentos.
  • Experiência em Contas a Pagar ou rotinas financeiras relacionadas;
  • Vivência com lançamento e conferência de notas fiscais e faturas;
  • Conhecimentos fiscais aplicados à rotina financeira, com capacidade para conferir informações básicas dos documentos antes do processamento;
  • Experiência com alto volume de lançamentos e documentos financeiros;
  • Conhecimento de Excel para controles, conferências e organização das rotinas;
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes demandas e prazos simultaneamente.

  • Experiência em estruturas multiempresa ou multi-CNPJ;
  • Vivência em operações financeiras com múltiplos bancos e contas bancárias;
  • Experiência em CSC, BPO financeiro ou operações de alto volume;
  • Familiaridade com processos de remessa, retorno e integração bancária.
