Wie du uns hilfst

Als Service Transition Manager arbeitest du mit den Experten deines Teams an spannenden Aufgaben rund um die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb unserer Softwareprodukte und übernimmst Verantwortung für:

  • Setup und Mitarbeit an der Inbetriebnahme von Kundensystemen in der novomind Cloud (SaaS) oder on-premise im Rechenzentrum des Kunden
  • Migration von Kundensystemen in die novomind Cloud
  • Konfigurationsänderungen, Release Deployments und Migrationen (Change Management)
  • Aktive Stakeholder-Kommunikation mit KollegInnen und KundInnen im Rahmen von Transition-Projekten

Im Rahmen dieser Aufgaben kümmerst du dich u.a. um:

  • Planung und Steuerung der Transition-Projekte inkl. Go-live/Cut-over sowie Hypercare
  • Ressourcen-Management
  • Risikomanagement (Bewertung, Mitigation)
  • Testplanung, -durchführung und -validierung
  • Planung und Durchführung der Bereitstellung des neuen Services oder Systems
  • Wissensmanagement: Dokumentation aller relevanten Informationen zum neuen Service oder System sowie Erstellung von Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) für die Support- und Bereitschafts-Teams

Je nach Erfahrungslevel ergänzt du dein Profil durch

  • Junior: Motivation, schnell zu lernen; erste Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld oder Projektmanagement
  • Professional: Nachweisliche Projekterfahrung, eigenständige Kundenkommunikation, erste Spezialisierung
  • Senior: Leitung komplexer Multi-Stakeholder-Projekte, Mentoring von Kollegen, Mitgestaltung der Methodik

Was du mitbringst

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik, eine IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Du hast praktische Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden IT-Themenbereiche:

  • Linux-Administration (z.B. RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux)
  • Betrieb von Java-Applikationen (z.B. Tomcat, WildFly, JRE/JDK, nginx/Apache Webserver)
  • Datenbanken (z.B. PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL)
  • IP-Telefonie (z.B. SIP-Protokoll, Trunks, SBC- und/oder PBX-Lösungen, WebRTC)
  • Virtualisierung, Automatisierung und Orchestrierung (z.B. VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform)
  • Kenntnisse einer Skriptsprache (Bash, Python)
  • Bereitstellung und Administration von Systemen oder Services in Drittanbieter-Clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Netzwerkanalysen (z.B. tcpdump, Wireshark)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Zusätzlich von Vorteil sind:

  • Eine ITIL-Zertifizierung (Foundation oder höher)
  • Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Git/GitLab
  • Erfahrung im Contact-Center-Bereich, speziell hinsichtlich Softwarelösungen zur Kundenkommunikation
  • Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Bereich, speziell hinsichtlich Shop- oder Produktmanagementsystemen
