L’entreprise Novoviande c’est 50 ans d’activité dans le secteur de la boucherie traditionnelle.

Créée en 1974, l’entreprise compte désormais 50 magasins en Ile de France et ses environs ; magasins dans lesquels l’esprit d’équipe et le dynamisme sont au rendez-vous.

Mission

Afin d’offrir la meilleure qualité de service pour nos clients, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  1. Assurer la gestion opérationnelle autonome du point de vente.
  2. Organiser et encadrer le travail de l’équipe, en assurant la continuité d’activité.
  3. Superviser l’approvisionnement, la transformation et la vente des produits carnés et du magasin.
  4. Garantir la qualité de service et représenter l’entreprise auprès des clients et fournisseurs.
  5. Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures internes.
  6. Assurer un bon climat d’équipe et la performance des collaborateurs.
  7. Relayer les consignes de la direction et transmettre les informations importantes aux services concernés.
  8. Accueillir les autorités de contrôle et garantir la conformité des informations fournies.
  9. Respecter les délais et assurer la confidentialité des informations traitées.

Profil recherché :

Nous recherchons une personne organisée, dynamique et autonome, faisant preuve de curiosité et de rigueur, notamment sur le respect des règles d’hygiène. Doté(e) d’un bon sens relationnel, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et le contact client.
