  • Support global governance and strategy discussions through consistent and comparable financial insight.

Operational Leadership

  • Deliver global reporting on revenue, fees billed, expenses, margins, RPL, PEP, partner economics, rates, utilisation, and leverage, comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Prepare YTD, TTM, and annual global financial reporting packs for leadership, committees, and governance bodies.
  • Coordinate global aggregation of budget and forecast data, working with regional FP&A teams.
  • Produce global reporting on FTEs, workforce ratios, hours, productivity, and cost rates by region and practice.
  • Deliver global reporting on lock-up, collections, working capital, liquidity, and intercompany balances.
  • Provide global financial reporting on inbound and outbound referrals, including fees, matter counts, and trends.
  • Validate and reconcile regional submissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability of global outputs.
  • Respond to global leadership and partner queries with clear, timely financial analysis.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate recurring global FP&A and financial reporting.
  • Build and enhance Power BI and Excel-based dashboards to support scalable global reporting.
  • Improve data quality and consistency through better validation, documentation, and coordination with regions.
  • Contribute to the longer-term roadmap for global financial reporting and FP&A maturity.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
