🔍 Was Sie erwartet:

Echte Mandatsarbeit: Sie unterstützen Ihr Team bei aktuellen nationalen und internationalen Mandaten und erhalten Einblicke in Transaktionen, Verhandlungen, regulatorische Fragestellungen sowie gerichtliche und außergerichtliche Verfahren.

Juristische Aufgaben: Sie recherchieren zu konkreten Rechtsfragen, analysieren Verträge und andere juristische Dokumente und wirken an der Erstellung von Vermerken, Schriftsätzen, Präsentationen, Fachbeiträgen und Mandantenunterlagen mit.

Innovation und Zukunftsthemen: Sie erhalten Einblicke in aktuelle Entwicklungen an der Schnittstelle von Recht, Wirtschaft und Technologie, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Legal Tech, Künstliche Intelligenz, ESG oder Regulierung.

Persönliche Betreuung und Wertschätzung: Erfahrene Anwältinnen und Anwälte begleiten Sie während des Praktikums und geben Ihnen regelmäßig Feedback.

Einblicke über das Tagesgeschäft hinaus: Sie nehmen an internen Trainings, Workshops, Fachvorträgen und Social Events teil.

Direkter Austausch und Perspektive: Sie lernen Partnerinnen und Partner, Associates sowie Referendarinnen und Referendare persönlich kennen, erhalten Einblicke in unsere Kultur und Karrierewege und werden Teil unserer Talent Community.

👥 Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Sie studieren Rechtswissenschaften mit dem Ziel der ersten juristischen Prüfung und befinden sich mindestens im fünften Semester.
  • Sie haben Ihre Zwischenprüfung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und können überdurchschnittliche Studienleistungen vorweisen.
  • Sie interessieren sich für wirtschaftsrechtliche Fragestellungen und die Arbeit in einer globalen Wirtschaftskanzlei.
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, engagiert und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Sie kommunizieren klar, arbeiten gerne im Team und sind neugierig auf die anwaltliche Praxis.

📌 Rahmenbedingungen

  • Das Praktikum absolvieren Sie als praktische Studienzeit im Rahmen Ihres Jurastudiums.
  • Beginn: 1. März 2027
  • Dauer: 4–6 Wochen (nach Absprache)
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit
  • Vergütung: 630,00 € brutto pro Monat
