About Nscale

Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.

We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.

About the Role

As Nscale scales globally, how we tell our financial and corporate story matters more than ever. We are looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to own the communications that surround our financial reporting and corporate moments, from financial results to financings, acquisitions, and landmark customer agreements.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will sit at the center of Corporate Communications, working hand in hand with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal. Investor Relations owns our dialogue with investors; you will own how those moments reach the media, employees, customers, and the wider public, so every audience hears one accurate, consistent story.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is familiar with earnings and knows what disclosure discipline looks like in practice. You will build plans, write the materials, and pitch financial and business reporters. Our communications team is small and mighty: you will own your areas outright, partner closely with colleagues across internal, policy, and executive communications, and pick up whatever the company needs at a given moment.

The role is US-based, with a preference for New York.

What You'll Do

Financial Communications

  • Run the day-to-day communications workstream for financial results and reporting milestones, with the Director of Corporate Communications, including the press release, media materials, internal announcement, social content, and follow-up media outreach
  • Partner with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal on the reporting calendar, messaging, and review process, making sure external communications line up with our investor narrative
  • Draft CEO and CFO talking points, media Q&A, and briefing documents from the agreed messaging framework, and support executive preparation for media interviews
  • Support communications for investor-facing moments, in close coordination with Investor Relations
  • Uphold and partner with IR on the disclosure process, including information control, confidentiality, and review of external materials for sensitive financial information

Corporate Announcements & Media Relations

  • Plan and execute communications for major corporate moments, including financings, M&A, strategic partnerships, major customer agreements, and leadership and board appointments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial, business, and technology reporters at national and trade outlets in the US and UK
  • Pitch and place stories that advance Nscale's corporate narrative between announcements, not just around them
  • Track and analyze media coverage and share-of-voice, and turn insights into recommendations for leadership

Corporate Narrative & Issues Management

  • Develop and maintain the corporate messaging framework, company boilerplate, briefs, key facts, and approved financial metrics used across the business
  • Monitor the landscape for financial and corporate reputation risks, and develop reactive statements and holding lines
  • Support issues and crisis response on financial and corporate matters, working closely with Legal and Investor Relations
  • Partner with Internal Communications to turn financial results and corporate milestones into a clear, ongoing story for employees, explaining what each moment means for the business, our customers, and their work, so Nscalers understand the journey we're on and not just the headlines

Agency & Cross-functional Partnership

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, setting clear briefs and holding them to high standards
  • Coordinate with colleagues across internal, policy, and executive communications so major announcements land consistently for every audience
  • Work across Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, Marketing, and the regions to keep fast-moving announcements on schedule

About You

  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate, financial, or business communications
  • Direct, hands-on experience supporting financial reporting and earnings communications for a publicly traded company, including earnings releases, executive preparation, and media outreach
  • Proven experience pitching and building relationships with business reporters at top-tier outlets
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex financial and technical information into clear, accurate, compelling messages
  • Experience partnering with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal, and advising senior executives
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple high-stakes announcements at once
  • Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a scope that will change as we grow

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience, ideally at a strategic or financial communications firm, supporting corporate and capital markets clients
  • Experience supporting major corporate milestones or transactions, such as M&A, large financings, or other high-profile events
  • Experience in technology, AI, cloud, or infrastructure
  • Experience communicating for a company with operations across the US, UK, and Europe

What we can offer you

At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We're building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.

  • Highly competitive US compensation package (base + bonus + equity), with performance reviews every 12 months. 🚀
  • Join one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies — your chance to directly shape how global AI capacity is planned and deployed. ✨

  • Human-First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. 🫶🏽 Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
