Wir suchen ab sofort ein Organisationstalent für unsere Probenannahme!

Responsibilities

DEINE KERNAUFGABEN:

• Die Registrierung von Proben mit der Laborsoftware (LIMS) und die fachgerechte Anpassung der Kundenbestellungen an die Laborsoftware sowie deren Überprüfung auf Sinnhaftigkeit

• Vergabe interner Tagebuchnummern sowie Erstellen und Speichern von Bildmaterial zu jeder Probe

• Weiterleitung von Probenrelevanten Informationen an die jeweiligen Abteilungen

• Ggf. Organisation der Proben-Priorisierung / Zeitmanagement

• Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern zu Auftragsbezogenen Fragestellungen

• Kommunikation mit technischen Prüfern, Account Managern und Sales Managern

Qualifications

DEIN PROFIL:

• Gute Detailgenauigkeit und Fähigkeit, präzise zu arbeiten, auch unter Zeitdruck

• Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit und effektivem Zeitmanagement

• Ausbildung im naturwissenschftlichen Bereich, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich

• Hochschulabschluss ist ein Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich

• Erfahrung in einer Laborumgebung ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
