Zur Unterstützung und weiteren Sicherstellung von Audits zur Lebensmittelsicherheit im Einzelhandel, einschließlich Coaching und Schulung suchen wir einen Retail Auditor (Außendienst) (m/w/d) in München.

Responsibilities

In dieser Funktion berichten Sie direkt an den Auditor Teamleiter und sind unter anderem für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

  • Sie führen Audits/Coaching/Schulungen zur Lebensmittelsicherheit an den Standorten der Kunden durch und stellen sicher, dass die Audits auf einem hohen Qualitätsniveau durchgeführt werden.
  • Sie führen Online- oder Präsenz-Schulungen zur Lebensmittelsicherheit an den Standorten der Kunden durch und übernehmen die anschließende Berichterstattung eigenverantwortlich und zeitgerecht.
  • Die Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden zählen ebenfalls zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben.
  • Mit Ihrer klaren Kommunikation dem Kunden gegenüber gewährleisten Sie deren Engagement und Beteiligung an den Auditprogrammen.
  • Durchführen von kundenspezifischen Systemaudits in der Lebensmittelbranche sowie ihren entsprechenden Standards.
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Audits inklusive Berichtserstellung unter Einhaltung der Kundenvorgaben sowie den internen Anforderungen in deutscher und englischer Schrift.
  • Gelegentlicher Einsatz in den Abendstunden und am Wochenende.

Qualifications

Dein Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einschlägige Vorkenntnisse im Lebensmittelbereich/ Gastronomie, (Küchenmeister, Hotelmeister oder Restaurantmeister), B.Sc. Ökotrophologie, B.Sc. Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Sie haben sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ein freundliches, zuvorkommendes Auftreten.
  • Sie sind ergebnisorientiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten gewohnt.
  • Es handelt sich um eine Funktion als Auditor für Lebensmittelsicherheit im Außendienst mit notwendigen Reisetätigkeiten (Führerschein Klasse B), gelegentlich auch abends und an den Wochenenden.
