Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt engagierte Nachwuchstalente für den Innendienst.

Deine Aufgaben Bei uns steigst Du Schritt für Schritt in den Vertriebsinnendienst ein und lernst, Kunden professionell zu betreuen und Logistiklösungen mitzugestalten.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskunden im Bereich Landverkehre und Lagerlogistik
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten und Offerten
  • Pflege und Dokumentation von Kundeninformationen im CRM-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Disposition, Lager, Abrechnung und weiteren Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung neuer Kundenaufträge
  • Mitwirkung beim Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann / zur Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Interesse am Vertrieb und an direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Grundverständnis für Transport-, Speditions- und Logistikprozesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Angebote zu erstellen, Lösungen zu finden und Kunden langfristig zu begleiten
  • Motivation, Dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln

Vertriebserfahrung ist kein Muss. Wichtig ist uns, dass Du Lust hast, Dich in den Bereich Sales einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
