Deine Aufgaben Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Kundenservice bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, Fahrern, Spediteuren und internen Abteilungen. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden jederzeit gut betreut sind und ihre Sendungen zuverlässig ans Ziel kommen.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen rund um Lieferungen, Sendungsstatus und Termine
  • Überwachung und Nachverfolgung laufender Transporte
  • Abstimmung mit Fahrern, Speditionen und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Lieferabweichungen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Auftrags- und Kundendaten
  • Schnelle und lösungsorientierte Klärung von Problemen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Erstellen von Reports
  • Schadensmanagement
  • Qualitätsmanagement

Das bringst du mit

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung – Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice, in der Logistik oder Spedition von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
