🛠 ¿Cuál será tu impacto?

Buscamos un/a Practicante para nuestra Mesa de Servicio, interesado/a en desarrollarse en soporte TI y atención a usuarios.

Durante tu práctica podrás aprender sobre la gestión de incidentes y requerimientos, resolución de problemas técnicos y funcionamiento de una Mesa de Servicio, trabajando junto a distintos equipos tecnológicos.

🎯 Principales funciones

  • Apoyar en la recepción, registro y seguimiento de tickets e incidentes.
  • Realizar un diagnóstico inicial de problemas técnicos y de conectividad.
  • Brindar soporte y orientación a usuarios.
  • Apoyar en el escalamiento y seguimiento de requerimientos.
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos y participar en iniciativas de mejora del servicio.

🧠 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiante de Informática, Sistemas, Redes, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín.
  • Conocimientos básicos de redes: IP, DNS y VPN.
  • Manejo básico de Microsoft Office.
  • Orientación al cliente y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Muchas ganas de aprender y desarrollarte en el área de tecnología.
  • Deseable conocimiento de ServiceNow, Jira u otras herramientas de gestión de tickets.
