Atuar na recepção e acolhimento dos pacientes, realizando rotinas de atendimento, cadastro, agendamento, autorizações, recebimentos e orientações, bem como prestar suporte às atividades assistenciais, incluindo pré-exames, organização dos consultórios e auxílio aos médicos, contribuindo para a organização dos fluxos e para um atendimento ágil, seguro e humanizado.

· Recepcionar e acolher os pacientes de forma cordial;

· Esclarecer dúvidas e fornecer informações sobre procedimentos, exames e consultas;

· Encaminhar pacientes aos consultórios médicos e para realizar exames;

· Admitir pacientes no sistema, coletando e registrando informações necessárias;

· Emitir guias de exames e consultas junto aos convênios;

· Solicitar laudos de exames, quando necessário;

· Receber pagamentos particulares e emitir notas fiscais;

· Agendar consultas e exames, conforme disponibilidade e orientações médicas;

· Lançar, conferir e acompanhar lista de espera no sistema;

· Manter a recepção organizada;

· Organizar consultórios para atendimento médico, garantindo a disponibilidade de materiais e equipamentos necessários;

· Realizar solicitação e controle de materiais de uso interno;

· Solicitar compra de lentes a pedido do médico;

· Realizar pré-exames nos equipamentos de auto-refrator e tonômetro;

· Dilatar pacientes e conferir óculos conforme orientação médica;

· Auxiliar os médicos quando solicitado em procedimentos e exames;

· Realizar adaptação de lentes de contato em pacientes e treinar sobre o manuseio das lentes;

· Realizar atendimento telefônico interno e externo, fornecendo informações e direcionando chamadas;

· Manter comunicação clara e eficiente com pacientes, médicos e demais membros da equipe;

· Resgatar pacientes através de guias de exames não realizados, contatando-os para reagendamento.
