Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung von Beratungsprojekten zu Accounting und Back-Office Fragestellungen in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Du übernimmst Projektleitungen, Key Account Management und Interimsmandate, z.B. als VP oder Director Accounting
  • Durchführung von Analyse-Workshops, Aufnahme des Istzustands und Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten sowie Dealclosing
  • Interimsmanagement: Umsetzung von Projektaufgaben durch Interimsmandate
  • Tools: Erarbeitung und Implementierung von best-in-class Finance Tools
  • Prozesse: Aufsetzen von schlanken und Best Practice Prozessen in Finance und administrativen Bereichen, z.B. Automatisierungen und Digitalisierungen
  • Arbeit an relevanten Accounting Themen bei unseren Klienten, wie z.B. Durchführung von Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Lagebericht und Anhang und Konzernabschlüssen inkl. Konsolidierung
  • Review und Optimierung von Schnittstellen zu Dienstleistenden, Steuerberatungen und Banken
  • Führung eines kleinen Teams (5 MA)

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Mathematik o.ä. ist ein nice to have, kein must have
  • Zusatzqualifikationen, wie z.B. eine abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhaltungsausbildung
  • Du hast relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. als VP oder Director Accounting, vorzugsweise im Start-up oder Beratungsumfeld
  • Du hast sehr gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse nach HGB und IFRS, Kenntnisse nach US GAAP sind ein Plus
  • Du hast sehr gute DATEV Kenntnisse und erweiterte Kenntnisse in einem weiteren Buchhaltungssystem, wie z.B. MS Dynamics oder SAP
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung und -digitalisierung und kennst Dich mit verschiedenen Finance Tools aus
  • Du bist sehr gut bis exzellent in Excel und/oder Google Sheets
  • Du kannst Teams (>5 FTE) anleiten und managen sowie komplexe Projekte eigenständig verantworten
  • Du hast gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Konsolidierungssoftware oder -systemen insbesondere Lucanet
  • Du bringst Erfahrung aus weiteren buchhalterischen Spezialthemen mit, wie z.B. OSS, Intercompany-Verrechnungen, IFRS, Internationale Payroll oder Gesellschaftskonstrukte
  • Du hast Erfahrung als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern, wie z.B. im Handling von Steuerberatungen, Investoren, Finanzamt inkl. Außen-/Sonderprüfung, Banken oder Wirtschaftsprüfungen, interne Revision oder Diensleistenden
  • Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch (ca. C1)
