Elektroniker (m/w/d) Produktion Bützow Vollzeit

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere elektronischen Anlagen zuverlässig und effizient laufen und trägst so maßgeblich zur Qualität und Lieferfähigkeit unserer Produkte bei. Gestalte Sicherheit, gestalte Effizienz, gestalte Verlässlichkeit.

Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Planmäßige Wartung von Produktionsanlagen, Trocknungssystemen, Fördertechnik und elektrischen Installationen
  • Erkennung und Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung
  • Mitarbeit bei geplanten Wartungsstillständen sowie Bestellung von Ersatzteilen
  • Fehlersuche und Instandsetzung bei Maschinen, SPS-Systemen, Sensorik und Energieverteilung
  • Durchführung von Notfallreparaturen und Unterstützung bei komplexeren Reparaturarbeiten mit externen technischen Beratern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und elektrischer Systeme
  • Umsetzung kleinerer Umbauten sowie Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Energieeffizienz
  • Dokumentation aller Maßnahmen im Instandhaltungssystem
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben (z. B. LoTo, PSA) sowie technischen Vorschriften (z. B. VDE, DGUV)

Wen wir suchen: Wir suchen eine Person mit starkem Sinn für Eigenverantwortung. Du bist proaktiv, praktisch veranlagt, flexibel und genießt es, Teil eines Teams zu sein. Zudem benötigst Du:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, Motorentechnik und Sensorik
  • Kenntnisse mit SPS-Steuerungen sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Mittelspannung oder Bereitschaft, geeignete Lehrgänge zu absolvieren

Dieses Werk hat seine Wurzeln in einer 1889 gegründeten Molkereigenossenschaft und war seither ein fester Bestandteil der Stadt Bützow. Mit der Übernahme durch die Trouw Nutrition – Sloten/Bützow GmbH wird die über 130-jährige Tradition der Milchverarbeitung in Bützow fortgeführt.

Die Produktionsanlange am Standort Bützow wird dieses Jahr modernisiert, und ab 2025 werden jährlich etwa 15 bis 20 Millionen Tonnen Fettkonzentrate produziert und damit die bestehende Produktion im Werk Sloten (Niederlande) ergänzt. Grundlage der Produktion ist Magermilch, die als Nebenprodukt bei der Herstellung von Käse, Butter, Sahne und Trinkmilch anfällt. Die bestehende Sprühtrocknungsanlage ermöglicht es unseren Produktionsmitarbeitern die firmeneigenen Fettkonzentrate zu Trockenpulver zu verarbeiten. Dieses Pulver wird anschließend mit nahrhaften Zusatzstoffen angereichert und in Produkte wie die Trouw Nutrition Kälberprodukte Sprayfo und Milkivit integriert.
