Wat ga je doen

Als Multi-Skilled Operator (Operator CBK) zorg jij ervoor dat onze procesinstallaties in Deventer het gewenste eindproduct leveren, zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief. Vanuit de centrale bedieningskamer bewaak, stuur en optimaliseer je de doseer,- meng-, - en poedertransportprocessen. Daarnaast voer je inspecties uit in de fabriek en zorg je voor een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Je signaleert afwijkingen in kwaliteit of productieprestaties, onderneemt direct actie en schakelt waar nodig collega's in om optimale resultaten te behalen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontvangst van grondstoffen en de uitgifte van eindproducten, inclusief kwaliteitscontroles en administratieve verwerking.

Ook neem je actief deel aan projecten gericht op het verbeteren en upgraden van onze state of the art procesinstallaties. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega's van logistiek, customer care, planning, het laboratorium en de technische dienst.

Wie zoeken wij

  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding op mbo-niveau.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving; ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelen- of zuivelindustrie is een pre.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed; kennis van Engels en/of Duits is een plus.
  • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig, flexibel en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je woont op bereisbare afstand van Deventer en beschikt bij voorkeur over eigen vervoer.
