Jetzt suchen wir dich als Inhouse Sales Manager (m/w/d), um gemeinsam mit uns die nächsten Schritte zu gehen und nuuEnergy weiter aufzubauen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Inhouse Sales Manager:in verarbeitest du hochqualifizierte, warme Leads. Unsere Kund:innen kommen aktiv zu uns. Keine Kaltakquise
  • Du fungierst als starker technischer Support. Du verkaufst nichts, das nicht gebaut werden kann. Unsere technische Planung (unsere Heizungsbauer beim Kunden vor Ort) begleiten dich
  • Du wirst zu einem echten Trusted Advisor für unsere Kund:innen: energetische & technische Situation verstehen und Lösungen erklären, die Sinn machen
  • Du führst sauber durch unsere Angebote und bis Ansprechpartner:in für Planung & Technik
  • Deine Aufgabe ist es Kund:innen zu begleiten, statt sie zu drängen Du bist der Moment, in dem Unsicherheit zu Vertrauen wird.

Dein Profil

Wir suchen jemanden, die/der:

  • Sales ernst nimmt, als Beruf und Handwerk, nicht als Druck oder Trickkiste
  • klar und verbindlich kommuniziert
  • in warmen Leads aufblüht und Wert auf gute Prozesse legt
  • CRM, Funnel & KPIs versteht (CRM HubSpot, Airtable oder Ähnliches)
  • abschließen kann und daran Spaß hat
  • Verantwortung übernehmen will

Dein Hintergrund kann aus Energie, Solar, SHK, Immobilien, Beratung oder einem anderen verkaufsberatungsstarken Umfeld kommen.
