The posting

We are a global technology consulting company specializing in IT solutions, cloud-based platforms, mobile and web applications, and training and support services. With over 14 years of experience and a multicultural team of more than 100 professionals, we deliver projects for highly complex industries such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare, and consumer goods.

At our company, we value international talent, diversity, flexibility, and a collaborative environment that fosters both professional growth and personal well-being.

🧠 What You’ll Do

This role is part of a strategic, compliance-critical Salesforce programme for a major health insurance company. The project focuses on consent and preference management: consolidating all consent and preference data into a single system, launching preference centers on Experience Cloud, and making sure every digital communication respects members' choices and complies with data privacy regulations. It extends a multi-cloud Salesforce landscape that includes Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the implementation of integrations, declarative and programmatic automation, and technical logic within a multidisciplinary team of Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Consultants, QA Engineers and integration specialists. You will work with full technical ownership, demo your solutions directly to client stakeholders, and help raise the quality bar of the whole team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems on the Salesforce platform, knows when to use configuration and when to write code, and likes sharing that knowledge with others.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and OmniScripts.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and other integration tools.
  • Design, execute and validate data migrations, transformations and loads from legacy systems into Salesforce.
  • Design and implement complex sharing models using declarative and programmatic methods.
  • Design and implement test plans that ensure quality across code coverage, application behaviour, scalability, environment independence and security, and support QA in validating the solution.
  • Own deployments of your solutions across environments through CI/CD tools.
  • Follow and promote Salesforce best practices, coding standards and security guidelines, helping the rest of the team grow their skills.
  • Provide ROM estimations for client requirements and run technical investigations (spikes).
  • Write technical documentation, including solution designs, technical stories and epics, process diagrams and UAT plans.
  • Communicate and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on status, technical challenges and solution proposals.
  • Support Nuvolar's thought leadership by collaborating with the marketing team on content, webinars and industry events.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 4+years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Apex & SOQL/SOSL: Expert Apex, including design patterns, trigger frameworks, bulk and asynchronous processing, integration patterns and custom REST/SOAP endpoints, plus advanced SOQL/SOSL.
  • Lightning Web Components: Advanced LWC skills, including rendering performance, state management and minimising wire adapter calls.
  • CI/CD: Hands-on source-driven development with Git branching strategies, pull requests, merge conflict resolution and Salesforce CLI (SFDX) deployments across multiple environments.
  • Security Model: Strong command of sharing rules, role hierarchy, permission sets and permission set groups, and CRUD/FLS enforcement in Apex and LWC.
  • Declarative Automation: Advanced Flows and sound judgement on when to use configuration instead of code.
  • Technical Ownership: Ability to deliver complex user stories and multi-system data flows unsupervised, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Certifications: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), plus at least three additional active Salesforce certifications.
  • Languages: Excellent oral and written English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and openness to learning new technologies and tools.

Nice to have:

  • Copado CI/CD, ideally with Bitbucket: release pipelines, user stories and promotions.
  • Experience Cloud and at least one of Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
  • OmniStudio: OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors and Business Rules Engine (BRE).
  • MuleSoft API-led connectivity, RAML specifications and DataWeave transformations.
  • Salesforce Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
  • Claude Code or GitHub Copilot for productivity.
  • Among your additional certifications, we especially value Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, MuleSoft Certified Developer, OmniStudio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, B2C Commerce Developer, Application Architect or System Architect.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.

  • Continuous Learning: training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Growth Opportunities: real multi-cloud Salesforce exposure on a high-visibility project.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
