  • Calculate and manage demurrage claims, ensuring accurate submissions within contractual deadlines, and follow up on negotiations, dispute resolution and collections with counterparties.
  • Coordinate assigned cargo and vessel operations, including liaising with relevant parties and providing operational support outside regular working hours when necessary.
  • Review and verify freight invoices and supporting documentation before submitting them to Management and Finance for approval and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records of trading contracts, shipment details, financial transactions and operational activities.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
