Jouw rol: bouwen aan het membraanproductie-team en proces van morgen

Als Productieleider Membraan geef je leiding aan de volledige membraanproductie (24/7) van NX Filtration. Jij zorgt dat onze productieprocessen soepel, veilig en efficiënt verlopen en dat onze medewerkers elke dag met plezier en toewijding werken. Je bent in deze rol

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van de productieorganisatie voor membraan.
  • Zorgt voor een stabiele, veilige en efficiënte operatie over alle ploegen heen.
  • Verbindt de verschillende teams en teamleiders tot één effectieve en efficiënte productieorganisatie.
  • Ontlast de Production Director van dagelijkse operationele escalaties (brandjes).
  • Ontwikkelt de organisatie van een "leader-follower" cultuur naar een "leader-leader" cultuur.
  • Borgt eigenaarschap op operationeel niveau bij operators en team leads,
  • Stuurt op resultaat.

Hoe kan jij bijdragen?

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Operations Director. Geef je functioneel leiding aan alle (5) productieploegen in membraan. Werk je nauw samen met Teamleiders, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality en Engineering. Acteer je als het eerste escalatieniveau voor ploeg overschrijdende operationele vraagstukken.

Wie ben jij?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Productiemanager, Operations Manager of vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving bij voorkeur 3-5-ploegen omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van meerdere teams of ploegen.
  • Ervaring met Lean Manufacturing en Operational Excellence.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en productieplanning.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met organisatieontwikkeling en leiderschapsontwikkeling.
  • Sterke communicator op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
  • Hands-on en zichtbaar aanwezig in de fabriek.
  • Resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig.

Wat zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Dagelijkse productiecoördinatie over alle ploegen.
  • Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van de productieplanning en het organiseren van productiewissels.
  • Coördineert goede ploegoverdrachten en organiseert dagstarts.
  • Monitoren van output, kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit.
  • Maken van de weekrapportage ’s.
  • Sturen op behalen van operationele KPI's.
  • Escalaties snel en gestructureerd afhandelen.
  • Bewaken van personeelsbezetting en inzetbaarheid.
  • Voert functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken samen de teamleider en met de productiedirecteur voor de teamleiders.
  • Zorgdragen en borgen van naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele standaarden.
  • Initiëren en leiden van verbetertrajecten volgens Lean en Operational Excellence principes.
  • Gebruik maken van de rapportagetools voor analyse.
  • Vertalen van operationele doelstellingen naar concrete acties op de werkvloer.
  • Formuleren van duidelijke doelstellingen en verwachtingen voor teams.

NX Filtration groeit snel en heeft unieke technologie voor wereldwijde uitdagingen op het gebied van waterkwaliteit en kwantiteit. Onze missie is: “pure and affordable water for all”. Wij produceren daarom geavanceerde holle vezelmembranen voor gebruik in nanofiltratie-, ultrafiltratie- en microfiltratie toepassingen, waarmee onze partners kunnen excelleren in duurzame membraanfiltratietoepassingen. Onze membraantechnologie filtert de kleinste vervuilingen uit water zoals nanoplastics, organische stoffen, kleurstoffen, medicijnresten, bacteriën en virussen. Dit heeft geresulteerd in nieuwe en eenvoudige processen voor de behandeling van water, het hergebruik van afvalwater en de productie van drinkwater. In 2024 is een geheel nieuwe, zeer moderne state of the art fabriek in Hengelo in gebruik genomen.
