Wie zijn wij

NX Filtration produceert membraanfilters die wereldwijd worden gebruikt om de kleinste vervuilingen uit water te filteren. Denk hierbij aan vervuilingen zoals nanoplastics, organische stoffen, kleurstoffen, medicijnresten, bacteriën en virussen. Dit heeft geresulteerd in nieuwe en eenvoudige processen voor de behandeling van water, het hergebruik van afvalwater en de productie van drinkwater. Het motto van NX Filtration is “schoon en betaalbaar water voor iedereen”. In 2024 is een geheel nieuwe, zeer moderne fabriek in Hengelo in gebruik genomen.

Hoe kun jij bijdragen?

Als productiemedewerker op onze afdeling Moduulproductie maak jij de membraanfilters waarmee onze klanten schoon drinkwater maken. Je werkzaamheden zijn heel divers. Na training on-the-job kun je op meerdere plekken binnen de productieafdeling jouw bijdrage leveren. Belangrijk is dat je gemotiveerd bent en een sterke wil hebt om te leren en te groeien. Je werkt in een technische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en precisie centraal staan.

Het werk is fysiek intensief: je schuurt, lijmt, monteert en controleert producten met grote zorgvuldigheid. Je werkt continu met installaties die gevuld zijn met water en kleine hoeveelheden chemicaliën.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Fysiek plaatsen en verlijmen van onderdelen waarbij kracht wordt uitgeoefend.
  • Lektesten van onze producten en uitvoeren van kleine reparaties.
  • Bedienen van testinstallaties met PLC.
  • Werken met hijsmiddelen en tilhulpen.
  • Aansluiten en performance-testen van modules in installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van visuele controles en kwaliteitsmetingentijdens lektesst.
  • Verwerken van testdata en administratieve handelingen in computersystemen.
  • Reinigen, afwerken, labelen, verpakkengereedmaken van producten voor verzending.

Wat vragen we van jou

  • Je beschikt over een VMBO+ of een MBO diploma op niveau 1 of 2, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt een positieve en leergierige houding.
  • Betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid in je werk.
  • Flexibiliteit om nieuwe taken en verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken.
  • Je werkt veilig en bent kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je bent flexibel, sociaal en bent goed in je eigen werk organiseren.
  • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar in dagdienst van 07:00uur tot 16:00uur.
  • Een dagdeel meelopen/ meedraaien is een vereiste. Zo heb jij een goed beeld waar je komt te werken.
