New Balance søker en engasjert, resultatorientert og strategisk KAM til vårt team i Norge! Vil du være med å jobbe med en av verdens sterkeste merkevarer, ha ansvaret for å utvikle og styrke relasjoner med både nye og eksisterende kunder?

Vi ser etter deg som trives med å jobbe mot New Balance allerede eksisterende kunder, videreutvikle disse, gjennom strategiske samarbeid og kampanjer. I tillegg er du opptatt av å finne, kontakte og utvikler nye strategiske kunder for NB.

Du vil få ansvaret for:

  • Bygge og opprettholde sterke relasjoner med eksisterende kunder og identifisere nye forretningsmuligheter
  • Daglig oppfølging av kunder for å sikre høy kundetilfredshet og optimal salgsprestasjon
  • Utvikle og implementere salgsstrategier for å nå budsjettmål og øke markedsandelen
  • Analysere salgstrender og kundeatferd for å tilpasse tilbudet til markedets behov
  • Samarbeide med markedsførings- og produktteam for å skape attraktive kampanjer
  • Delta på messer og bransjeevents for å promotere New Balance-merket

Vi håper du har:

  • Minimum 3 års erfaring fra B2B-salg, gjerne innen retail, sport- eller motebransjen
  • God forståelse av retail- og fashionmarkedet
  • Dokumentert salgsresultater og evne til å nå mål
  • Sterke kommunikasjonsevner, både skriftlig og muntlig norsk og engelsk
  • Selvstendig, initiativrik og med evne til å jobbe i team
  • Reising fører med og derfor er førerkort et krav
