Automationstekniker till Talent Plastics i Laxå

På Talent Plastics i Laxå kombinerar vi modern formsprutning med avancerad automation. Nu söker vi en Automationstekniker som vill ta en central roll i utvecklingen av vår fabrik och bidra till nästa steg i vår automatiseringsresa.

Om rollen

I rollen som automationstekniker hos oss får du ansvaret för att utveckla, optimera och säkerställa driften av vår automationsutrustning. Rollen kombinerar dagligt förbättringsarbete, teknisk problemlösning och deltagande i utvecklings- och investeringsprojekt.

Du kommer arbeta med;

• Felsökning och optimering av robotceller, PLC-system och automationsutrustning • Programmering och justering av robotar och annan kringutrustning • Analys och eliminering av återkommande produktionsstörningar • Cykeltidsoptimering, kapacitetsförbättringar och OEE-arbete • Teknisk support till produktion och underhåll • Teknisk dokumentation och standardisering

Du kommer även att bidra till framtida automationslösningar genom att vara med och utveckla framtidens fabrik inom materialförsörjning, internlogistik, AGV/AMR-lösningar, vision-system och smarta produktionsflöden. För rätt person finns stora möjligheter att påverka vår långsiktiga automationsstrategi.

Den teknisk miljö vi arbetar i är;

• 11 ABB 6-axliga robotceller • 18 portalrobotceller • Integrerade automationslösningar för formsprutning och efterbearbetning

Rollen kan innebära några resor / år. Till någon av våra andra fabriker eller att delta på någon mässa.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som vill vara med på vår resa och utveckla Talent Plastics i Laxå. Du drivs av att lösa tekniska problem och tänker ständigt utveckling och förbättring. Du vill också se och uppnå resultat och är inte rädd för att komma med idéer. Kommunikation och goda dialoger är självklart för dig.

Vi tror också att du har erfarenhet från tillverkande industri och goda kunskaper inom automation, robotik, PLC och produktionsteknik. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av ABB-robotar, formsprutning och Lean ser vi det som meriterande.
