Du rapporterar direkt till VD och ingår i företagets ledningsgrupp, vilket ger dig möjlighet att påverka både dagens verksamhet och vår långsiktiga utveckling.

Bharat Forge Kilsta AB i Karlskoga är en del av Bharat Forge Ltd och Kalyani Group. Med cirka 300 medarbetare utvecklar och tillverkar vi bland annat vevaxlar och framaxelbalkar för några av Europas största fordonstillverkare.

Om rollen

Som HSE-chef leder och utvecklar du HSE-arbetet genom att inspirera, vara en förebild och skapa resultat.

Du arbetar både strategiskt och verksamhetsnära och driver utvecklingen av ett proaktivt och hållbart HSE-arbete. Tillsammans med chefer, medarbetare och skyddsorganisation skapar du förutsättningar för att säkerhet, hälsa och miljö fortsätter vara en naturlig del av våra beslut och arbetssätt.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Leda och fortsätta utveckla företagets arbete inom hälsa, säkerhet och miljö
  • Driva säkerhetskulturen och stödja chefer i deras HSE-ansvar
  • Säkerställa ett systematiskt och förebyggande arbete med risker, arbetsmiljö och miljö
  • Ansvara för mål, nyckeltal, uppföljning och rapportering
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av lagar, myndighetskrav, tillstånd och interna krav
  • Samverka med skyddsorganisation, myndigheter, koncernfunktioner och andra interna och externa parter

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla arbete inom HSE, arbetsmiljö, säkerhet och miljö, gärna från tillverkande industri.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning, alternativt motsvarande erfarenhet
  • God kunskap inom HSE och relevant lagstiftning
  • Förmåga att omsätta mål och krav till praktisk handling
  • God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska
