Om rollen

Som Servicetekniker hos EMBA har du en central roll i relationen med våra kunder världen över. Du arbetar med installation, service, ombyggnad och uppgradering av våra maskiner samt med utbildning av kundernas personal.

I rollen ingår bland annat att:

· Utföra och leda installationer och flytt av EMBA:s maskiner hos kund

· Arbeta med service, felsökning, uppgraderingar och besiktningar

· Utbilda och introducera kundens operatörer och tekniker

· Arbetet ute på fältet hos våra kunder vilket innebär resor cirka 160 dagar per år, ibland med kort varsel

· Förbereda och avrapportera serviceärenden mellan resorna

· Du får möjlighet till upplärning och vidareutveckling i vårt montage mellan resorna

· Bidra aktivt till utveckling och förbättring av serviceverksamheten

· Delta i och ta ansvar för egen och gemensam kompetensutveckling

· Ge teknisk support internt och externt via Helpdesk samt via fjärruppkoppling (VPN)

Vem är vår kandidat

Vi söker dig som har en teknisk utbildning på gymnasie- eller högskolenivå, eller motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet. Du har erfarenhet av teknisk service, gärna från verkstads- eller tillverkningsindustri och kunskap inom mekanik eller elektronik (meriterande är även PLC, servoteknik, pneumatik och datorbaserade system).

Som person är du flexibel och trivs med varierande arbetsförhållanden, du kan arbeta självständigt men också samarbeta väl i team. Du är noggrann, kvalitetsmedveten och har en god pedagogisk och kommunikativ förmåga. I rollen är det viktigt att du är serviceinriktad och har hög social kompetens och förmåga att leda arbetet ute hos våra kunder.

Du har också goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift, (ytterligare språk är meriterande) och du innehar B-körkort.
