Elizabethton CDJR is seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in Elizabethton, TN. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair status.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to company and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed.
  • Stay up to date with latest automotive technology and repair procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician or similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company eligibility requirements.
