The posting

Die Jugendanwaltschaft Winterthur ist mit ihren rund 22 Mitarbeitenden aus den Fachbereichen Recht, Soziale Arbeit und Verwaltung für die Bezirke Andelfingen und Winterthur verantwortlich und führt die Strafuntersuchungen und den Vollzug der jugendstrafrechtlichen Sanktionen.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams der Jugendanwaltschaft Winterthur suchen wir per 01.04.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

  • Sie klären die persönlichen Verhältnisse von straffällig gewordenen Jugendlichen ab und erstellen Berichte nach KORJUS.
  • Sie setzen die angeordneten Sanktionen (Schutzmassnahmen und Strafen) um und überprüfen deren Verlauf.
  • In Einzelfällen begleiten und unterstützen Sie Jugendliche und deren Eltern.
  • Sie führen deliktspezifische Lernprogramme mit Jugendlichen durch.
  • Sie vernetzen sich mit anderen Behörden der Jugendhilfe und nehmen an Arbeitsgruppen teil.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss einer Fachhochschule, resp. einer Höheren Fachschule für Soziale Arbeit und haben eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung (CAS o.ä.) absolviert.
  • Sie bringen mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Sozialarbeit mit, idealerweise im Bereich der Arbeit mit Menschen im Zwangskontext.
  • Sie haben Interesse und die Bereitschaft, in einem interdisziplinären Team zu arbeiten und sich fachlich und methodisch stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie sind eine engagierte und belastbare Person und zeigen dem Menschen gegenüber eine offene und positive Grundhaltung.
  • Sie sind sich selbständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten gewohnt und sind gewandt im mündlichen und schriftlichen Ausdruck.
  • Sie haben eine Affinität zur Informatik.
