A entidade conta com um perfil de serviços único no Brasil, distribuídos em 21 núcleos que prestam assistência à população de baixa renda nas áreas de Saúde, Assistência Social, Pesquisa Científica, Ensino em Saúde, Educação e na preservação e difusão da história de sua fundadora, Santa Dulce dos Pobres.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEnsino médio completo06 meses de experiência em cargos similaresRequisitos e qualificaçõesExecutar serviços de limpeza de utensílios(panelas, pratos, talheres, caixas plásticas e palletes), equipamentos(fogões, fornos, exaustores,freezeres), bancadas, mesas e cadeiras, utilizando sabão, detergente, desinfetante e outros materiais específicos para a limpeza.Receber junto com o estoquista ou Nutricionista, gêneros alimentícios comprados e/ou doados, selecionando, acondicionando e armazenando em recipientes adequados, para posteriormente realizar a guarda no estoque ou câmaras.Retirar os gêneros alimentícios, das câmaras e estoque, pesando de acordo com o que foi orientado pelo Nutricionista, e liberar para os cozinheiros, proteínas já temperadas e hortifrut, para o preparo de refeições do dia, e magarefes, proteína inteira, para corte e tempero para a refeição do outro dia.Transportar cubas com refeições, pratos e talheres para o refeitório utilizando carrinhos específicos. Fazer a reposição de cubas no balcão térmico, para servir colaboradores, ou armazenar no Passthrough.Realizar a pesagem de toda a proteína que foi cortada e temperada pelos magarefes, e armazenar em câmara frigorífica.Retirar, no final do dia, as proteínas para o degelo junto com o Nutricionista, realizando a pesagem e guarda das caixas no açougue para o corte no outro dia.Realizar a pesagem dos alimentos não consumidos no almoço, para a quantificação do resto ingesta.Informações adicionaisVTPlano de saúde e odontológicoAlmoço no refeitório.
