Procuramos um Senior FullStack Engineer para liderar tecnicamente a evolução da nossa stack web. Reportarás ao Head of Engineering e atuarás como líder técnico dos restantes engenheiros da equipa.

O que vais fazer:

  • Liderança técnica em iniciativas web de elevado impacto
  • Desenho e implementação de funcionalidades web críticas
  • Definição e execução da arquitetura web de longo prazo
  • Elevação do padrão técnico: code reviews, design reviews, cultura de testes
  • Instrumentação e observabilidade: métricas, logging estruturado, dashboards
  • Participação em rotações de on-call (com suporte da equipa)
  • Condução de post-mortems e redução de MTTR
  • Coordenação técnica com os restantes engenheiros e com a liderança de Engenharia
  • Promoção do uso produtivo e responsável de ferramentas de IA na equipa

O que procuramos:

Procuramos um Fullstack Engineer com autonomia técnica, capacidade de identificar o que precisa ser feito, e experiência para decidir como o fazer.

  • 5+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento web, idealmente utilizando React e/ou Vue
  • Experiência como líder técnico ou contribuidor principal em projectos web modernos.
  • Conhecimento sólido de de APIs - REST como base, GraphQL ou padrões Backend-for-Frontend são valorizados
  • Core Web Vitals, estratégias de render (SSR/SSG/ISR), Edge cache
  • Experiência com observabilidade: Prometheus, Grafana, logging estruturado, error tracking
  • Experiência com WordPress(PHP), SEO técnico e Web Analytics é valorizado
  • Capacidade de identificar problemas e agir sem esperar atribuição
  • Pragmatismo: tomas decisões com trade-offs claros em vez de procurar soluções perfeitas
  • Valorizamos experiência e raciocínio técnico mais do que correspondência exata com a stack,
  • Disponibilidade para rotas de on-call
