Cabinet de conseil en recrutement spécialisé dans l’Executive Search, il accompagne les entreprises industrielles dans l’identification et le recrutement de cadres dirigeants et d’experts. Reconnu pour la qualité de ses prestations et sa connaissance approfondie des marchés, il privilégie les relations durables avec ses clients.

Présent en France et en Allemagne, il s’appuie sur un réseau international de partenaires et une expertise sectorielle reconnue, notamment dans les industries du plastique et de la manufacture.

Dans le cadre de son développement, il recherche un(e) Consultant(e) Senior en Recrutement spécialisé(e) en Executive Search industriel, pour renforcer ses équipes à Nantes ou à Lyon.

Missions principales :

•⁠ ⁠Piloter des missions d’Executive Search, de la définition du besoin client à la présentation des candidats.

•⁠ ⁠Identifier et approcher des profils de cadres dirigeants et d’experts dans l’industrie.

•⁠ ⁠Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients en apportant un conseil personnalisé.

•⁠ ⁠Entretenir un réseau de décideurs et contribuer au développement de l’activité.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborer avec les équipes internationales sur des missions transfrontalières.

Profil recherché :

•⁠ ⁠Expérience confirmée en cabinet de recrutement, avec une spécialisation dans le secteur industriel, idéalement en Executive Search.

•⁠ ⁠Maîtrise des techniques d’approche directe et bonne connaissance des acteurs de l’industrie.

•⁠ ⁠Tempérament commercial, autonomie et sens du conseil.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent relationnel et capacité à développer des relations durables avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.

•⁠ ⁠Bon niveau d’anglais pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
