Cabinet de conseil en recrutement spécialisé dans l’approche directe de cadres dirigeants et de profils expérimentés, il accompagne des entreprises dans leurs recrutements stratégiques en CDI. Son approche repose sur une connaissance approfondie des métiers, une forte exigence dans la sélection des candidats et des relations durables avec ses clients.

Créé en 2012, le cabinet poursuit son développement en s’appuyant sur un modèle entrepreneurial qui favorise l’autonomie, la confiance et le partage des expertises. Présent sur des recrutements à forte valeur ajoutée, il offre à ses consultants la possibilité de développer leur activité et de prendre part à des projets de croissance ambitieux.

Dans le cadre de son développement, il recherche un(e) Consultant(e) Senior en Recrutement spécialisé(e) en Finance pour participer à l’ouverture et au développement de son bureau lyonnais.

Missions principales :

•⁠ ⁠Développer l’activité Finance sur le marché lyonnais en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et en construisant un portefeuille de clients.

•⁠ ⁠Piloter des missions de chasse de tête sur des fonctions de middle et top management, de la définition du besoin à la présentation des candidats.

•⁠ ⁠Identifier, approcher et évaluer des profils expérimentés en mobilisant les méthodes d’approche directe.

•⁠ ⁠Accompagner les clients dans leurs décisions de recrutement en leur apportant une expertise métier et un conseil personnalisé.

•⁠ ⁠Contribuer à la structuration du bureau et développer un réseau durable de clients, de décideurs et de candidats.

Profil recherché :

•⁠ ⁠Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en cabinet de recrutement, idéalement en chasse de tête sur les fonctions Finance.

•⁠ ⁠Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des métiers financiers et maîtrisez les méthodes d’approche directe.

•⁠ ⁠Doté(e) d’un tempérament entrepreneurial et d’un véritable sens du conseil, vous savez développer une activité et fidéliser vos clients.

•⁠ ⁠Autonome, rigoureux(se) et persévérant(e), vous appréciez les environnements exigeants et la liberté d’organisation.

•⁠ ⁠Vous souhaitez prendre part à un projet de développement concret et construire une activité sur le marché lyonnais, tout en bénéficiant de l’appui d’un cabinet expérimenté.
