🎯 Tu Misión: Aprender, Apoyar e Impactar

No serás un espectador; serás una pieza clave en el equipo de selección en Sant Cugat del Vallès. Tu propósito será dar soporte integral al ciclo de selección de la división de Certificación, asegurando que incorporamos a los profesionales que hacen del mundo un lugar más seguro.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Inmersión en Recruitment: Apoyarás en todo el flujo de selección: desde la redacción de ofertas con impacto hasta la criba curricular y las primeras entrevistas telefónicas.
  • Gestión de Candidatos (Candidate Experience): Serás el primer contacto de muchos profesionales con OCA Global, resolviendo dudas y gestionando sus procesos en nuestra plataforma Teamtailor.
  • Soporte Estratégico: Ayudarás en la citación de candidatos y en la gestión documental necesaria para que los procesos de Certificación fluyan con agilidad.
  • Innovación: Participarás en la optimización de procesos utilizando herramientas digitales y explorando el potencial de la IA en el reclutamiento.

✅ ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación: Estudiante universitario/a de Master en RRHH, ADE o RRLL. Valoraremos también otras titulaciones si quieres empezar tu trayectoria en RRHH.
  • Convenio: Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o centro de estudios.
  • Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad para prácticas a media jornada, preferiblemente en horario de mañana.
  • Actitud: Proactiva y resolutiva, con ganas de aprender y enfrentarte a nuevas situaciones.
  • Digital Skills: Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y Office. Curiosidad por la Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Idiomas: Nivel alto de castellano; el catalán es un plus.
