직무 소개 (About the Role)

엔지니어링 테크니션(Engineering Technician)은 최첨단 자동화 고객 풀필먼트 센터(CFC)의 운영을 지원하는 중요한 역할을 담당합니다. 엔지니어링 결함 상황에 대한 일차적 대응(First response)을 비롯하여, 반응적(사후) 및 계획된 유지보수 활동, 그리고 선제적인 개선 작업을 수행하게 됩니다. 당사의 24/7 운영을 지원하기 위해 주간, 야간 및 주말을 포함한 12시간 교대 근무 형태로 근무하게 됩니다.

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)

  • 물류 자동화 시스템(MHE)의 고장(기계 및 전기 모두 포함)에 대응하고, 결함 위치를 파악 및 분석하여 적시에 수리를 완료함으로써 운영 중단 시간을 최소화합니다.
  • 유지보수 절차를 철저히 준수하여 사이트 전반의 계획된 유지보수를 정확하고 신속하며 안전하게 수행합니다.
  • 작업 활동, 수행된 업무, 자재 창고를 통해 사용된 부품 등 관련 기록을 정확하게 관리합니다.
  • 타 부서와 긴밀히 협력하여 기존 및 신규 설비의 기계 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고, 설비 고장을 진단 및 수리하여 인력 배치와 계획된 엔지니어링 활동이 운영을 전폭적으로 지원하도록 조율합니다.
  • 필요에 따라 회의에 참석하고, 데이터를 분석하여 설비 성능 개선을 위한 솔루션을 도출하는 동시에, 상시 안전한 작업 관행을 보장하고 원활한 소통을 유지합니다.
  • 또한, 효과적인 엔지니어링 설치 및 시운전을 개발하기 위한 사내 프로젝트에 참여하게 됩니다.
  • 외부 지역 규정과 내부 환경 및 보건안전(EHS) 정책 및 관련 조율 정책을 모두 준수하고 따릅니다. 불확실한 부분이 있을 경우 HS&E 팀에 지침을 구합니다.

지원 자격 (About You)

  • 전기 또는 기계 공학 분야의 정식 자격 보유자
  • FMCG(소비재 제조 공장 등) 환경에서의 우수한 경력 선호
  • 제어 시스템(Controls) 작업, 결함 분석 및 솔루션 제공에 대한 지식/경험
  • 사후(Reactive) 및 예방(Preventative) 유지보수 경험 모두 보유자
  • 우수한 조직 능력 및 소통 역량, 다양한 기술적 경험을 가진 다방면의 팀원들과 협업할 수 있는 능력
  • 본 직무는 다양한 접근 장비를 사용하여 높은 곳에서 작업하는 업무를 포함하므로, 고소 작업에 거부감이 없어야 합니다.
  • 본 직무는 냉장 환경(섭씨 2도~4도)에서의 근무를 포함합니다.
