🔍¿Cuál será tu misión como Consultor/a Comercial B2B?

  • Detectarás oportunidades y generarás impacto : Aprenderás a identificar necesidades reales en el mercado industrial, proponiendo soluciones de certificación y auditoría que garantizan la seguridad de todos.
  • Impulsarás el crecimiento con propósito : Captarás y fidelizarás cuentas estratégicas, entendiendo que tu trabajo ayuda a que "nada quede al azar".
  • Asesorarás con excelencia técnica : Te formarás para ser la persona de confianza de tus clientes, guiándoles en el cumplimiento de normativas clave del sector.
  • Liderarás el ciclo comercial completo : Desde la prospección y la visita técnica hasta el cierre y seguimiento, con autonomía para proponer y decidir.
  • Colaborarás en un entorno de "Rock & Roll" : Trabajarás mano a mano con equipos operativos para asegurar que nuestras propuestas superen las expectativas del cliente.

🎯¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

Para triunfar como Comercial B2B, no necesitamos que lo sepas todo, pero sí que tengas las herramientas adecuadas para crecer con nosotros:

  • Actitud y pasión por las ventas: Buscamos personas proactivas, con iniciativa y esa chispa comercial necesaria para abrir puertas.
  • Formación de base técnica o comercial: Grado o FP Superior en Ingeniería, ADE, Comercio o áreas industriales. Lo importante es tu capacidad para entender entornos técnicos complejos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación: Capacidad para conectar con interlocutores de alto nivel en empresas, transmitiendo confianza y profesionalidad.
  • Ganas de aprender: Valoramos positivamente si tienes algo de experiencia previa, pero si no, te enseñaremos desde cero en un ambiente donde no se juzga, se acompaña.
  • Organización: Necesitarás ser metódico/a para gestionar tu cartera y tus objetivos de forma eficiente.
